A meeting without screens and a day of video calls need different settings. Before booking a team retreat, describe your planned sessions, equipment requirements and overnight stays.

The Mas offers six gîtes in self-catering, for exactly 25 beds. This does not mean twenty-five individual rooms or twenty-five meeting places. The seminar page presents the conditions to be verified.

Who sleeps in which bed?

Ask participants what they are willing to share. Double, single and living room beds are not interchangeable for a team. A need for a single room reduces the possible residential number in relation to the total number of places.

Consult accommodation, then have the distribution checked with Pascale. Report mobility needs: old buildings and routes between spaces deserve to be checked before choosing the location.

Tables, sockets and connection

Intended use What to confirm
Joint meeting Space, number of seats and table layout
Concurrent workshops Separate spaces that can actually be used
Screening Display, hardware, power supply and installation
Remote calls Connection area and necessary simultaneous uses

Wi-Fi is available in some areas. No measured throughput or number of simultaneous videoconferences is published. Do not build a workshop dependent on connection or projection without confirmation of feasibility and material. Meal capacity at Côté Jardin does not give a working gauge.

The points that decide whether the location is suitable

Essential need Agreement to be obtained before booking If this point remains uncertain
Single rooms or separate beds Nominal distribution of housing Review the workforce or configuration
Meeting and withdrawal in case of rain Exact space, tables, seats and access times Adapt sessions or find a suitable space
Projection or work material List of what is provided and what the team contributes Plan the equipment and its installation
Connection for all Feasibility at the chosen workplace and intended uses Prepare offline workshops
Rescue via mobile network Real coverage and connection sharing usable on site Review internet-dependent sessions

If a connection test is performed, keep location, date, device, network and usage tested. The result of one phone or location does not guarantee the throughput of the entire domain or the simultaneous calls of the team.

A program that also leaves room for discussion

Over two days and one night, you can devote the first afternoon to a workshop, keep dinner together then resume the next day with a summary. This is an idea of the process, not an animation provided by the Mas. Access times and duration are those of your rental.

Each cottage has its own kitchen. The company can distribute meals, order or reserve its caterer. For an outing, AdventureCamp in Grospierres presents outdoor games and activities; number, conditions and slots can be confirmed directly with the park. The Mas does not provide catering or coordination.

Rent and business expenses

The privatization grid concerns the entire domain. Add meals, speakers, activities, transport and equipment rental to the confirmed quote. Linen remains optional: 15 € per person per stay, sheets and towels included.

From Montélimar station, prepare the transfer to Saint-Montan and the vehicles needed for the exits. To study the rental, transmit dates, program, bed requirements, installation and connection from the seminar page.
