Self-catering meals and rain solution

In rainy weather, Côté Jardin can seat up to 30 people for a meal. This dining capacity does not change the estate’s 25 sleeping places; hosting arrangements must be discussed with Pascale.

Exclusive hire is priced for the whole estate: the same rate table applies to 12 or 25 guests for the same dates and duration. Partial cottage rental or partial hire has a separate price.

Do the lodges and spaces remain open in October and on All Saints’ Day?

What budget should you plan for a stag weekend with accommodation?

How many people can sleep on site for a stag do?
The six lodges have exactly 25 sleeping places in total. The distribution adapted to the group is confirmed before booking and specified in the quote.
Can we provide a separate bed for each participant?
The 25 sleeping places do not correspond to 25 separate beds. The configuration includes double beds, single beds and beds in the living rooms or on the mezzanine depending on the gîtes. Specify the needs of the group to validate the distribution and accommodation in the estimate.
Is the area entirely privatized for the stag weekend?
Yes when complete privatization is included in the estimate. The six gîtes, the swimming pool and the outdoor spaces concerned are then reserved for the group. For a smaller workforce, partial rental can be considered without guaranteeing the exclusivity of the area.
Can we organize a meal and a large table on site?
Yes in the configuration validated before the stay. The group can cook in the lodges, order delivery or involve a caterer chosen and paid for directly. The Mas does not provide catering or coordination.
What stag weekend activities can we do in South Ardèche?
Face Sud offers canoeing around Vallon-Pont-d’Arc; Kayacorde supervised courses; AdventureCamp for tree climbing, games and challenges in Grospierres. Choose according to the actual level of the group and the conditions of the operator. Book activities directly; no entertainment package is included in the rental of the Mas.
Can we bring a service provider to the Mas?
Yes, subject to prior validation of the activity, timetable, space used and intervention conditions. The service provider remains chosen, reserved, insured and paid directly by the group.
What rules apply to music during a stag do?
When the domain is fully privatized, you can choose your music and your DJ. The Mas does not impose an end time for the music or the event. Visitors who do not sleep on site must leave no later than midnight. Le Mas does not provide a DJ, musical performance, music subscription or sound equipment. The broadcast must respect the contract, the internal regulations, the neighborhood and the obligations relating to noise. It is up to the organizer to verify and complete, at its own expense, any procedures, authorizations and payment of rights, in particular to SACEM.
Is the swimming pool open all year round?
No. The outdoor swimming pool is open from mid-May to September depending on the weather. Its access and the security rules of the group are specified before arrival.
Can we book just one night?
It depends on the season, dates and requested configuration. Indicate the workforce and the dates envisaged to obtain the conditions actually available.
How far are Montélimar and Vallon-Pont-d'Arc?
The Mas is located in Saint-Montan, approximately 20 to 25 minutes from Montélimar and 35 to 40 minutes from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. A vehicle is still recommended to reach the area and activities.
Are animals accepted?
Animals are refused, unless an exceptional exemption is granted in writing before booking.
