Hen party, stag party: a large table under the arbor in Ardèche
The table under the trellis is one of the installations photographed at the Mas. Benches, lanterns in the foliage and enough space for a shared meal: you can take inspiration from this to meet up with friends during a hen party or a stag party.
The stay is rented in self-catering. The six gîtes have exactly 25 beds; the size of the meal and its installation are prepared separately with Pascale.
An evening where no one looks at the time of the next departure
If you have booked an outing during the day, keep dinner at the estate. It leaves time for discussions and people who know each other less, without having to join another activity immediately afterwards.
A game or a surprise can slip into the evening. For the program, start mainly from the desires of the future bride or future groom, without planning a compulsory passage every hour.
A meal that friends will have time to eat
A shared dish and preparations made in advance limit the service. With the brazier or pizza oven, distribute the cooking, the accompaniments and the arrival of the dishes. Collect allergies in one message before shopping.
If you prefer to delegate, La Casita Del Sol prepared a paella at the Mas. Menu, portions and service are agreed directly with José Romera, regardless of accommodation.
Circulate around the table
Keep access to accommodation, drinks and service clear. For a long table, do not place all the dishes at the same end. Have furniture, decorating supports and a rain solution confirmed before bringing your accessories.
For souvenirs, a photo corner avoids having to move the table. Vercors Booth came to install a terminal at the Mas ; a new service is reserved directly.
Music and DJ are only possible in full privatization, under the conditions of the contract and noise rules. The Mas does not provide a DJ or sound system.
Assign beds before arrival: the discussion will be easier than in the middle of dinner. The group stays detail the formulas; indicate your dates, the people sleeping and the number of people at the table to prepare the proposal.
