Hen weekend in Ardèche: cottages for a weekend with friends

Exclusive hire is priced for the whole estate: the same rate table applies to 12 or 25 guests for the same dates and duration. Partial cottage rental or partial hire has a separate price.

Rates are tax-inclusive; electricity, heating and the furniture provided on site are included.

All cottages and the estate’s stay spaces remain open in October and during the French All Saints holiday. Heating is available and included. The pool retains its seasonal opening period, weather permitting.

Arrival is around 16:00 and departure is at 15:00.

The privatization grid presents the prices for the entire area; the quote confirms the dates, duration and scope of your rental. Add meals, activities and transportation booked separately. Sheets and towels are optional: €15 per person per stay.

Face Sud offers activities around Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, Kayacorde offers supervised courses and AdventureCamp offers games and activities in Grospierres. Check their sites for level, departure, prices and availability. These activities can be booked directly; they are not included in the rental of the Mas.

The six lodges have exactly 25 sleeping places in total. The distribution adapted to the group is confirmed before booking and specified in the quote.

No. The cottages include double beds, single beds and beds in the living rooms or on the mezzanine depending on the accommodation. Indicate the need for separate beds and the pairs who accept a double bed: Pascale checks the distribution before booking.

Yes when complete privatization is included in the estimate. The six gîtes, the swimming pool and the outdoor spaces concerned are then reserved for your group. For a smaller workforce, partial rental can also be considered, without guarantee of total exclusivity.

The outdoor swimming pool is open from mid-May to September depending on the weather. Its access and the security rules applicable to the group are specified before arrival.

No. The Mas rents the place and the accommodation under self-catering. The group directly chooses and reserves its activities, its caterer, its photographer or its speakers. Local contacts can be forwarded without obligation.

Yes, subject to prior validation of the activity, timetable, space used and intervention conditions. The service provider is chosen, reserved and paid directly by the group.

When the domain is fully privatized, you can choose your music and your DJ. The Mas does not impose an end time for the music or the event. Visitors who do not sleep on site must leave no later than midnight. Le Mas does not provide a DJ, musical performance, music subscription or sound equipment. The broadcast must respect the contract, the internal regulations, the neighborhood and the obligations relating to noise. It is up to the organizer to verify and complete, at its own expense, any procedures, authorizations and payment of rights, in particular to SACEM.

It depends on the season, dates and requested configuration. Indicate the number of participants and your desired dates to receive a precise answer, rather than a general promise which would not correspond to the actual calendar.

The estate is located in Saint-Montan, approximately 20 to 25 minutes from Montélimar and its train station. A vehicle is still recommended to reach the Mas and the activities of South Ardèche; parking is provided on the estate according to the number of cars confirmed before the stay.

Yes, depending on dates and available configuration. A group of 10 to 15 people can rent part of the gîtes; total exclusivity of the domain is then not automatic and must appear explicitly in the estimate.
