We only collect the data you voluntarily provide via the contact, private-hire/quote and callback forms: surname, first name, e-mail address, phone number, postal address (where applicable) and the content of your message. No sensitive data is collected.

Your data is used to respond to your enquiries, prepare a quote, manage your booking and the customer relationship. It is never used for unsolicited marketing or shared with third parties.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent and/or on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6 GDPR).

Recipients

The data is intended for the site publisher. E-mails from the forms are delivered via the EmailJS service (a processor handling delivery). The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. These providers act as processors and do not use your data for any other purpose.

Retention period

Data related to a contact request is kept for as long as needed to handle it, then for up to 3 years from the last contact for relationship follow-up. Contractual data (bookings) is kept in accordance with legal and accounting obligations (up to 10 years).

Your rights
