Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 - Length of Stay:
The client who signs this contract does so for a fixed term and shall under no circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises beyond the agreed period.
Article 2 - Contract conclusion:
The reservation becomes effective once the client has sent the owner a signed copy of the contract and a deposit of 25% of the total amount for the stay, before the date indicated in the contract.
A copy of the contract should be kept by the client.
The contract concluded between the parties may not be transferred, even partially, to third parties, whether natural or legal persons, without written consent from the owner.
Any violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of the stay at the fault of the client, with the full cost of the stay remaining with the owner.
Article 3 - Cancellation by the client:
All cancellations must be notified by email to the owner.
a) Cancellation before arrival:
The deposit remains with the owner. The owner may request the remaining balance if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
If the client does not arrive within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated in the contract, the contract becomes null and void, and the owner may re-let the accommodation. The deposit remains with the owner, who may also request the remaining balance.
b) If the stay is shortened, the total cost of the stay remains with the owner. No refund will be made in this case.
Article 4 - Cancellation by the owner:
The owner will refund the client the full amount paid.
Article 5 - Arrival:
The client must arrive on the date and time specified in the contract.
In case of late or delayed arrival, the client must inform the owner.
Article 6 - Payment of the balance:

Article 7 - Tourist tax:
The tourist tax is a local tax that the client must pay to the owner, who then transfers it to the Public Treasury.
Article 8 - Security deposit:
Upon arrival, a security deposit, the amount of which is stated in the contract, will be requested by the owner. After a joint inspection of the premises upon departure, this deposit is refunded within a maximum of 7 days, less the cost of any repairs if damage is found.
Article 10 - Inventory:
An inventory is drawn up jointly and signed by both the client and the owner or their representative at the beginning and end of the stay. This inventory is the only reference in case of dispute about the condition of the premises.
The cleanliness of the property upon arrival must be verified during the inventory. Cleaning during the stay and before departure is the client's responsibility. Any cleaning fees are based on the rates listed in the contract.

Any modification or breach of the contract will be considered at the client's initiative.
Article 13 - Pets:
This contract specifies whether or not the client may bring a pet.
If the client does not respect this clause, the owner may refuse access to the property for the animal. In this case, any modification or termination of the contract will be considered the client's initiative.
