The contract, the internal regulations, respect for the neighborhood, the obligations relating to noise and any SACEM procedures remain applicable.

Organize meals, even in case of rain
Eat in your cottage or arrange meals in the courtyard or on the estate grounds, under the conditions agreed with Pascale.
In rainy weather, Côté Jardin can seat up to 30 people for a meal. This dining capacity does not change the estate’s 25 sleeping places; hosting arrangements must be discussed with Pascale.

Are the bathrooms shared between the gîtes?
Each independent cottage has its own private toilet and shower. There are no shared toilets or shower rooms.
Where to organize meals, especially in case of rain?
You can eat in your gîte or organize your meals in the courtyard and on the grounds of the estate, according to the terms agreed with Pascale. In case of rain, Côté Jardin allows a meal for up to 30 people. This meal capacity does not affect the 25 sleeping places on the estate; reception arrangements remain to be discussed with Pascale. Any barnums must be organized for your project; their provision is not automatically included.
Can we get married at Mas d'Eylieux in a small group?
Yes. The estate can be entirely privatized for intimate weddings and private events; its 6 lodgings total exactly 25 sleeping places.
Do you provide the caterer, officiant and decorations?
No: the domain is rented under self-catering. You choose and reserve your service providers (caterer, officiant, florist) yourself. We can recommend trusted local partners if you wish.
Does the Mas provide the music or sound system for the wedding?
When the domain is fully privatized, you can choose your music and your DJ. The Mas does not impose an end time for the music or the event. Visitors who do not sleep on site must leave no later than midnight. Le Mas does not provide a DJ, musical performance, music subscription or sound equipment. The broadcast must respect the contract, the internal regulations, the neighborhood and the obligations relating to noise. It is up to the organizer to verify and complete, at its own expense, any procedures, authorizations and payment of rights, in particular to SACEM.
Can guests sleep on site?
Yes: the 6 lodgings total exactly 25 sleeping places, according to the distribution confirmed in the estimate. Your loved ones staying on site can stay from the start of the ceremony until the next day.
Do the 25 sleeping places indicate the capacity of the celebration?
No. The 25 sleeping places concern the people who sleep in the six gîtes. The number of guests present during the day, the dining areas, the solution in the event of rain and the conditions of the celebration are validated separately with Pascale before the quote.
Is the estate close to Drôme?
Yes, Saint-Montan is in South Ardèche, about 20 minutes from Montélimar, on the border with Drôme Provençale.
How do I know the price of an intimate wedding?
Complete privatization is invoiced for the entire area: the same scale applies to 12 as well as 25 people, on identical dates and duration. Rental or partial privatization follows a separate price. The price of the entire domain depends on the dates and duration. The specific needs of your reception are specified separately in a personalized and free quote.
