Wedding of 25 people in Ardèche: prepare the reception
For an intimate wedding of approximately 25 people with loved ones sleeping on site, prepare three staff: the people staying, the guests at the ceremony and the guests for each meal. At Mas d'Eylieux, in Saint-Montan, the six independent gîtes count exactly 25 beds. Celebration and meal spaces are validated separately depending on your project.

Count nights and participants separately
The same person can come to the ceremony and the dinner without sleeping there. A professional can come in for a few hours or have a meal with the team. Note these situations before requesting validation of spaces.

If your project has 25 guests, check if this number includes the couple and children. If the 25 people all have to sleep at the Mas, the assignment uses the total capacity of the six lodgings. The needs for separate beds and mobility remain to be verified.
Allocate beds before announcing accommodation
The capacity is distributed as follows: 7 guests in La Châteaunette, 6 in Côté Source, 3 in Les Citronniers, 4 in Les Figuiers, 3 in Les Noisetiers and 2 in La Maisonnette. This makes exactly 25 beds, divided between double, single, BZ and bench beds. Some are in the living rooms or on the mezzanine.
Consult the detail of the beds, then assign beds to people who accept this configuration. A double bed used by a single person remains possible to study, but reduces the number of people accommodated compared to the maximum total. Twenty-five beds does not mean twenty-five separate beds or twenty-five rooms.
No map of the lodgings is currently available. Use the sheets and the bedding table, then have access and distribution clarified with Pascale. The reception plan that you prepare for your guests brings together these choices; it does not designate an architectural plan provided by the Mas.
Each cottage has its own kitchen, toilet and shower. If several households share accommodation, notify them. For loved ones who have to sleep elsewhere, prepare their accommodation and their return without adding them to the capacity of the Mas.
Have the meal and celebration spaces validated
Indicate the size of the meal, the necessary furniture and the caterer's set-up. Estate furniture is included in the price ; specify the elements and quantities suitable for your installation, as well as the specific equipment to be brought or rented separately. A seated dinner, a buffet and a ceremony do not require the same arrangement. The domain of 40 hectares offers an outdoor setting; its surface area does not constitute reception capacity.
In case of rain, Côté Jardin allows a meal for up to 30 people, according to the terms agreed with Pascale. Have the seating plan, professional access, service and material needs confirmed. This information does not guarantee a ceremony, dance floor or evening configuration for the same number of people.
Prepare a solution for each time: ceremony, meal, movement between spaces and retrieval of equipment. If your project requires a barnum or special equipment, specify who provides it, where it can be installed and its cost. Its presence is not deduced from the rental.
Build a schedule compatible with the reserved days
Here is a framework to adapt to the reserved nights, with a arrival to 16:00 and departure to 15:00. Deliveries, possible early access and returns of equipment must be agreed separately; the framework does not set their slots or an included rental period.

Choose a contact person for the professionals, separate if possible from the couple during the day. Coordination can be entrusted to someone you choose; the Mas does not automatically provide this service.
Choose professionals and cost each position
The rental is in self-catering. You choose, reserve and pay directly for the caterer, photographer, decoration and other services. Send the same dates, staff and access to each professional to avoid quotes covering different scopes.
In complete privatization, you choose your music and your DJ. The Mas does not impose an end time for the music or the event. Obligations relating to noise, respect for the neighborhood and the conditions of the contract remain applicable. Visitors who do not sleep on site must leave no later than midnight. The Mas does not provide a DJ or sound equipment; any dissemination procedures remain to be verified by the organizer.
The budget guide and its calculator allow you to add up your own quotes. The grid of the entire domain is identical for twelve or twenty-five people on identical dates and duration. The prices are VAT included, with electricity, heating and estate furniture included ; a partial rental has a separate rate. The quote specifies the season and nights selected. This grid does not constitute an overall price for the wedding.
Linen remains optional, 15 € per person per stay. For 25 people who choose the option, this represents 375 €, counted once. Have inclusions, cleaning, taxes, additional nights and deposit specified; an uncosted line must be clarified before comparing two budgets.
Prepare a complete application
Send dates, nights, three rosters and your space requirements from the intimate wedding page. Add mobility constraints, meal format, planned music and external interventions. To work out the cost, the wedding page with a controlled budget explains the scope of the offer.
The installations already photographed at the Mas give decor ideas. They do not prove that an accessory is included or that a configuration can be reproduced to any date. Your final reception plan brings together the beds, spaces, access and services actually confirmed for your wedding.
Practical questions
Do 25 beds define the capacity of the marriage?
No. The six lodgings total exactly 25 beds for the nights. The number of people for the ceremony and meals, the spaces and their configuration are validated separately with Pascale according to the project.
Can you choose your caterer and other service providers?
Service providers are chosen, booked and paid directly by the couple. The Mas rents the domain and the accommodation provided for in the estimate, in self-catering. Facilities and access for professionals must be confirmed before booking.
Where to plan a wedding meal in case of rain?
Côté Jardin allows a meal for up to 30 people according to the terms confirmed with Pascale. The space, furniture and meal installation must be validated for your project. This capacity does not guarantee a ceremony or evening setup.
Does the venue quote include the entire wedding budget?
No. The prices of the Mas are inclusive of VAT and include electricity, heating and furniture in the estate. The nights and spaces reserved are specified in the quote; meals, drinks, photography, decoration, music and other services are priced separately according to your choices. The grid for the entire estate is the same for twelve or twenty-five people on identical dates and duration; it does not constitute a wedding package.
