The budget for a small wedding: adding up the real quotes
The venue quote is not the wedding budget. You must add meals, your professionals, purchases and travel. To compare two proposals, keep the same nights and the same staff.
Do you already have the amounts? The calculator on this page add them together. It distinguishes between optional linen and the deposit, without assuming a wedding package.

If a night, cleaning or an option already appear in the Mas's quote, do not add them elsewhere. An unencrypted line is not a free line: ask for its price.
A small staff reduces certain expenses, notably meal portions. It does not necessarily reduce the duration of the photographer, the travel of a professional or the rental of the location. Dividing the number of guests by two therefore does not halve all positions.
What the rental of the Mas covers
The grid of the entire domain presents complete privatization in self-catering, according to four season levels. Pascale confirms the applicable period, nights, spaces and inclusions in the quote. This price is neither that of a partial rental nor that of an organized wedding.
The six lodgings have exactly 25 beds, some of which are in the living rooms or a mezzanine. The guests and the ceremony are validated separately. If guests sleep elsewhere, their nights and their returns still need to be organized; their financial contribution does not add beds to the Mas.
Linen and deposit are not counted in the same way
Linen is optional: 15 € per person per stay, sheets and towels included, when renting a gîte or privatizing it. For twenty-five people choosing the option, that’s €375. Add it only if it is not already in the copied amount.
The refundable deposit requires providing an available amount; it is not an additional cost if it is returned according to the contract. The calculator keeps it separate. Also specify taxes, cleaning, access the day before, additional night and equipment rental.
Choose the details you like
The installations photographed at the Mas can give ideas, without reproducing all the accessories. Decorative elements for these events are not included in the rental.
You choose and pay your professionals directly. Music and DJ are only possible in full privatization, in compliance with the contract and noise rules. The Mas does not provide a DJ or sound system.
For meals, Côté Jardin can accommodate up to thirty people according to the terms confirmed with Pascale. This does not change the 25 beds and does not determine the size of the ceremony.
