Group accommodation in Ardèche, from 10 to 25 people

Exclusive hire is priced for the whole estate: the same rate table applies to 12 or 25 guests for the same dates and duration. Partial cottage rental or partial hire has a separate price.

Rates are tax-inclusive; electricity, heating and the furniture provided on site are included.

All cottages and the estate’s stay spaces remain open in October and during the French All Saints holiday. Heating is available and included. The pool retains its seasonal opening period, weather permitting.

Arrival is around 16:00 and departure is at 15:00.

You can eat in your gîte or organize your meals in the courtyard and on the grounds of the estate, according to the terms agreed with Pascale. In case of rain, Côté Jardin allows a meal for up to 30 people. This meal capacity does not affect the 25 sleeping places on the estate; reception arrangements remain to be discussed with Pascale. Any barnums must be organized for your project; their provision is not automatically included.

Le Mas d'Eylieux offers 25 sleeping places spread across 6 independent gîtes in Saint-Montan. Complete privatization reserves the six gîtes and the domain for your group, as well as the swimming pool during its seasonal opening period. This formula is offered in June, July and August, depending on availability. Complete privatization is invoiced for the entire area: the same scale applies to 12 as well as 25 people, on identical dates and duration. Rental or partial privatization follows a separate price.

No, the domain is rented under self-catering. Each gîte has an equipped kitchen and many groups alternate cooking evenings. If you want a caterer for a meal, you choose and book it yourself; we can recommend local contacts.

When the domain is fully privatized, you can choose your music and your DJ. The Mas does not impose an end time for the music or the event. Visitors who do not sleep on site must leave no later than midnight. Le Mas does not provide a DJ, musical performance, music subscription or sound equipment. The broadcast must respect the contract, the internal regulations, the neighborhood and the obligations relating to noise. It is up to the organizer to verify and complete, at its own expense, any procedures, authorizations and payment of rights, in particular to SACEM.

Parking is located on the property. Indicate the number of vehicles and your arrival times at Pascale to confirm parking arrangements before booking.
