A family reunion at 30, 35 or 40: check places for the night
If nearby 30, 35 or 40 must all sleep at the same address, the Mas cannot accommodate them: our six gîtes have exactly 25 beds. For this project, look for a location that confirms the number of seats needed and the actual bed layout.
A larger meal does not change this capacity. At the Mas, Côté Jardin allows a meal for up to 30 people, according to the terms confirmed with Pascale. This is neither a night formula at 30, nor a reception capacity validated at 35 or 40.
Who sleeps, who eats, who comes for the day?
Prepare these three numbers separately. A family of thirty where everyone stays the night does not have the same needs as a group of twenty-five entertaining five relatives for lunch.

There are five places missing to accommodate thirty people at the Mas, ten for thirty-five and fifteen for forty. Don't add beds or outside accommodations on a guess. If certain relatives sleep elsewhere, their reservations and journeys do not necessarily confirm that the estate can accommodate the entire group during the day.
Two decisions allow us to move forward:
- Everyone must sleep there: at 30, 35 or 40, look for another location that confirms this staffing and beds.
- At most 25 relatives sleep at the Mas, others come to the meal: First confirm the number of people present and the spaces with Pascale. People who sleep elsewhere book their accommodation and transportation separately. External accommodation alone does not validate the group's reception at the estate.
A large table does not prove overnight capacity
Images of a reception make you want to get together. They do not show the beds, the bathrooms or the interior retreat. Ask for a description and have the spaces included in the quote included.
For the meal up to thirty in Côté Jardin, the installation and conditions are confirmed for your project. Hosting a gathering of thirty-five or forty is not an offer validated at the Mas.
Large collective gîte or independent accommodation
A large accommodation can centralize meals and cooking. Several lodgings can give each household its own space. In both cases, look at where loved ones will actually sleep and how they will move between rooms, table and bathrooms.
Is a bed in the living room suitable for the person you intend it for? Do we need separate beds? Does anyone avoid stairs? These questions are more valuable than a room total or a photo of the land.
At twenty or twenty-five at the Mas
For a group of twenty people, you can book the entire estate without using every bed. One possible arrangement is La Châteaunette (7), Côté Source (6), Les Figuiers (4) and Les Citronniers (3). All six cottages remain reserved for your group when you hire the whole estate. For twenty-five people, all six cottages are needed.

Compare quotes without counting twice
The grid of the entire domain concerns full privatization in self-catering. For the total stay, add only what remains outside the estimate: meals, activities, transport and options. Optional linen costs 15 € per person per stay, sheets and towels included. The refundable deposit remains separate from expenses.
