Work during the day, stay together at night
The team stays on site: after the afternoon workshop, we continue around the swimming pool and have dinner, without getting back in the car or dispersing to hotels. This is often where cohesion really comes into play.

For the cohesion part: hiking on the GR42, cycling along the ViaRhôna or canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche. Travel depends on the service provider and departure point chosen; allow around 40 minutes to Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and check the times with the organizer.

In rainy weather, Côté Jardin can seat up to 30 people for a meal. This dining capacity does not change the estate’s 25 sleeping places; hosting arrangements must be discussed with Pascale.
