A duplex with crazy charm, isolated from the mas and close to the pool. Its architecture recalls a fairytale cottage, with its upstairs living room and cozy downstairs bedroom. Protected by an old mulberry tree, it offers pleasant coolness in summer and a cozy nest in winter.

How many people can sleep in Maisonnette, and in which beds?
Maisonnette has exactly 2 sleeping places: 1 double bed (140 cm) in the bedroom. The living-room bench is not counted as a sleeping place.
Does Maisonnette include access to the estate pool?
Yes. The outdoor pool is shared by the estate’s six cottages and is open from mid-May to September, weather permitting. Guests may use it freely throughout their stay.
How far is the estate from Vallon-Pont-d’Arc and the Ardèche Gorges?
The estate is in Saint-Montan, around 40 minutes by car from Vallon-Pont-d’Arc and 30 minutes from Grotte Chauvet 2, with easy access to the Ardèche Gorges.
Does Maisonnette have air conditioning?
No. None of the estate’s six cottages has air conditioning. The buildings are made of stone; in summer, we recommend airing them early and closing the shutters during the hottest hours.
Are pets allowed in Maisonnette?
Pets are not accepted, except by exceptional written agreement before booking. Do not bring a pet unless the exemption is stated in the rental contract.
Can the whole estate be hired together with Maisonnette?
Yes. The estate has 25 sleeping places in total across its six cottages. The sleeping arrangement for your party is confirmed before booking.
