Frequently asked questions
How many people can sleep in Citronniers, and in which beds?
Citronniers has exactly 3 sleeping places: 1 double bed (140 cm) in the bedroom and 1 single bed (90 cm) in the living room.
Does Citronniers include access to the estate pool?
Yes. The outdoor pool is shared by the estate’s six cottages and is open from mid-May to September, weather permitting. Guests may use it freely throughout their stay.
How far is the estate from Vallon-Pont-d’Arc and the Ardèche Gorges?
The estate is in Saint-Montan, around 40 minutes by car from Vallon-Pont-d’Arc and 30 minutes from Grotte Chauvet 2, with easy access to the Ardèche Gorges.
Does Citronniers have air conditioning?
No. None of the estate’s six cottages has air conditioning. The buildings are made of stone; in summer, we recommend airing them early and closing the shutters during the hottest hours.
Are pets allowed in Citronniers?
Pets are not accepted, except by exceptional written agreement before booking. Do not bring a pet unless the exemption is stated in the rental contract.
Can I check availability or book a cottage online?
No. The website does not display an availability calendar or confirm bookings automatically. Send your preferred dates to Pascale, who reviews every enquiry personally. A booking only becomes effective after her approval, the signed contract and the deposit required by the contract.
Can the whole estate be hired together with Citronniers?
Yes. The estate has 25 sleeping places in total across its six cottages. The sleeping arrangement for your party is confirmed before booking.
