Seminar for 15 people in Ardèche: the validation sheet
A residential seminar of 15 people is prepared with two validations: a night distribution accepted by the participants and an installation adapted to the planned work. Le Mas d'Eylieux offers six independent gîtes in Saint-Montan, for exactly 25 total beds. This figure does not define the number of individual rooms or meeting places.

A hypothesis of 15 individually occupied beds
The descriptions of the six lodgings mention seven double beds and eight single beds, including two single articulated ones. By assigning each double bed to a single person, we can study the following table without using the BZ of Côté Source nor the bench of the Noisetiers.

This is a preparation hypothesis based on the bed descriptions, not from a seminar configuration already tested or booked. Some single beds are in the living rooms or on the mezzanine. An individually occupied bed does not constitute a single room, and several colleagues can share a lodging and its toilets.
Collect what each participant accepts: shared accommodation, living room bedding, mezzanine, double bed used alone and any mobility needs. If the team requires 15 individual rooms, this assumption does not meet the request. Pascale confirms the distribution and booking conditions after examining the group.
Describe a concrete work session
Write the schedule before requesting a room or connection. Fifteen people around a discussion, several simultaneous workshops and fifteen computers on a video call are different uses.

Do not deduce an equipped room from the presence of a common space. Likewise, the meal capacity of Côté Jardin does not define a work capacity. Make it clear what is present, what you must bring, and what must be rented outside.
Check connection in used areas
Wi-Fi is accessible in certain areas of the estate, without guaranteed coverage in each gîte. This guide does not publish any throughput or number of simultaneous calls: these measurements were not carried out for the article.
If the connection is decisive, request control in the space where the team will work. The useful report indicates the date, the area, the device, the downstream and upstream flow rates, then the result of a test with the intended application and the number of users envisaged. Testing on a single phone does not guarantee that all computers will work at the same time.
Also prepare the necessary documents and instructions offline when your program allows it. If a workshop requires reliable screening or calls, stop this part of the program only after confirming its feasibility.
Prepare meals, travel and free time
The rental is in self-catering. Each cottage has its own kitchen, toilet and shower. You can plan meals in the accommodation or discuss a common meal; preparation, service and possible catering are organized separately by the company.
In the event of rain, Côté Jardin allows a meal for up to 30 people according to the terms confirmed with Pascale. Have the 15 meal arrangement checked, without making a guarantee for the meeting. Define a contact person for external orders and interventions.
The domain extends over 40 hectares. A break or a walk can be part of the program; a supervised activity must be chosen and reserved directly with its operator. The swimming pool of 10 × 5 meters opens from mid-May to September depending on the weather, with sharing in partial rental and exclusivity in full privatization. An off-season seminar should not depend on availability.
Plan the exact route from the station or departure point of each vehicle, transfer and exits. The Mas does not automatically provide transportation or program coordination.
Figure out the stay within the same perimeter
Start from the Mas’s quote for the dates, accommodation and spaces selected. The grid of the entire domain concerns the six lodgings and remains identical for twelve or twenty-five people, on identical dates and duration; a partial rental has a separate rate. The 15 bed hypothesis above uses all six accommodations and must be investigated with the corresponding formula.
The prices are VAT included, with electricity, heating and estate furniture included. This inclusion does not confirm a equipped room or your team's meeting equipment: the work and connection checks above are still necessary. Organize transfers with arrival to 16:00 and departure to 15:00.
Add meals, speakers, outdoor equipment, activities and travel. Linen is optional, 15 € per person per stay. For 15 participants who choose the option, it represents 225 €, to be counted only if it is not already included in the quote.

Wi-Fi is available in certain areas of the estate; its coverage in each lodge is not guaranteed. No speed or number of simultaneous calls is confirmed by this guide. Check actual usage before making a reservation depending on the connection.
