A hen party at the Mas: bringing friends together without filling up every hour

Does the bride-to-be want a sports outing, a surprise or above all to spend time with her friends? Start with his answer. You can keep a common activity and leave the rest of the weekend to meals and reunions.

At Mas d’Eylieux in Saint-Montan, the rental is in self-catering. There is no package hen party: you choose your activities and the people who intervene.

Prepare a hen party of around fifteen participants

At fifteen, start with the choice of beds and exclusivity. The two decisions are linked, but a total of fifteen beds does not mean fifteen separate beds or an automatically privatized area.

These proposals are used to prepare the request; they do not reserve any accommodation. Note the pairs accepted, the people who want to sleep alone and those who wish to avoid a living room bed or the mezzanine. The bed descriptions then allow you to check each place with Pascale.

Who sleeps with who?

Our six gîtes have exactly 25 beds, with double and single beds and beds in some stays. These are not twenty-five rooms or twenty-five individual beds. Ask for preferences, then watch accommodations and their beds.

A group of ten to fifteen can request several lodgings, depending on availability. The swimming pool is then shared. If you want the area and swimming pool reserved for the group, request full privatization. The pool opens from mid-May to September depending on the weather.

The outing that suits participants

For the canoe, South Face presents routes in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, including an eight-kilometer mini-descent announced for two to three hours. For a accompanied activity, Kayacorde presents its hen party/stag party formats. AdventureCamp in Grospierres provides another trail for tree climbing; check its access and its openings.

These activities can be booked directly. Have the skills, equipment, appointment and duration specified with briefing and shuttle. From the Mas, it takes approximately 35–40 minutes to Vallon; the address of each activity remains to be verified. This time does not apply to Grospierres.

For the day at the Gorges, prepare the three routes separately: Mas towards the operator's appointment, possible transfer by shuttle, then return to the domain. The 35–40 minute marker concerns Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, not the Pont d'Arc, its parking lot or each canoe base. The location guide helps you choose your starting point.

Ask participants who is coming to the outing and who prefers another activity before paying the advances. Keep dinner at the Mas without too tight a time: parking, briefing and shuttle do not get confused with time spent on the water. The operator confirms the appointment and the conditions; the Mas does not provide transport.

You can also choose a free discovery of Saint-Montan. Slopes and cobbles deserve mobility considerations. Visiting the castle has its own conditions; nothing obliges all participants to do the same outing.

A budget accepted before advances

Use the confirmed quote, then add meals, activities and transportation. If the group invites the bride-to-be, decide who funds her share before booking. Keep optional activities separate so as not to charge those who do not participate for them.

The grid of the entire domain is identical for twelve or twenty-five people, on identical dates and duration. Partial rental has a separate price; the grid does not constitute a package hen party. The prices are VAT included, with electricity, heating and estate furniture included. Optional linen costs 15 € per person per stay, sheets and towels included. Divide the total among already confirmed paying participants.

For fifteen people all choosing the linen, the option represents 225 € for the stay, regardless of the number of nights. The quote for the venue, its inclusions and other expenses remain to be verified separately.

Dinner and free time

The large tables and the brazier or pizza oven give ideas for eating together. Plan the shopping and who is cooking; the Mas does not provide breakfast, catering or coordination.

In complete privatization, you choose your music and your DJ. The Mas does not impose an end time for the music or the event. Obligations relating to noise, respect for the neighborhood and the conditions of the contract remain applicable. Visitors who do not sleep on site must leave no later than midnight. The Mas does not provide a DJ or sound system; any dissemination procedures remain to be verified by the organizer. Also prepare drivers and returns.

For rental, transmit dates, nights, staff, bed requirements and interventions planned since the page hen party. Then keep a margin in the program, with a arrival to 16:00 and departure to 15:00.

Practical questions

Can we prepare a hen party for fifteen people with one bed per participant?

The six gîtes have seven double beds and eight single beds. By assigning each double bed to a single person, we can study fifteen beds, each occupied by a single participant, without using the BZ or the bench. These are not fifteen individual rooms; living room beds, mezzanine, availability and distribution must be accepted and then confirmed.

Is the swimming pool exclusive for a hen party of fifteen people?

The workforce does not give exclusivity. It requires the complete privatization of the six lodges, explicitly confirmed in the estimate. In partial rental, the swimming pool remains shared. It opens from mid-May to September depending on the weather.

How much time should you allow to join an activity around Vallon?

The landmark from 35 to 40 minutes by car concerns Vallon-Pont-d'Arc from Saint-Montan. It does not give the exact time to Pont d'Arc, a parking lot or a canoe base. Have the address, appointment, briefing and possible shuttle confirmed by the operator.
