A wedding venue with accommodation: look at the beds and the meal
To choose a wedding venue with accommodation, start with the loved ones who will be staying over. Guests for the meal and the ceremony are counted separately: an overnight capacity does not give reception authorization.
At Mas d’Eylieux, the wedding page with accommodation presents the spaces and conditions. The six gîtes have exactly 25 beds.
Beds, not just the number of rooms

At twenty, not all places need to be occupied. At twenty-five, the distribution uses the six dwellings. Note couples, desired separate beds, and stair-related needs, then check this distribution with Pascale. Each cottage has its private toilet and shower.
The meal outside, and the meal if the rain comes
Have tables, furniture, serving space and caterer needs confirmed. At the Mas, meals are prepared in the gîtes or agreed spaces, with no catering provided with the stay.
Côté Jardin allows a meal for up to thirty people under conditions confirmed with Pascale. This figure does not add beds and does not define the ceremony staff. Prepare the indoor setup at the same time as the outdoor meal.
Nights and reserved access
Ask if the place is entirely private and during what hours. At the Mas, the swimming pool is shared for partial rental and exclusive for full privatization, from mid-May to September depending on the weather. The rental formulas clarify this difference.
Guest arrivals, parking, routes between gîtes and the returns of those sleeping elsewhere are prepared before the wedding day. Access for service providers the day before or the next day depends on the booked stay, not the planned program.
People who accompany the preparations
You choose and book your professionals separately. The decoration and table photos show installations actually made at the Mas; the props belonged to these events.

Your music and your DJ are only possible in full privatization. The Mas does not provide a DJ or sound system; contract and noise rules apply. Any distribution procedures must be verified by the organizer.
