A stag party in Ardèche: the outing, the nights and the dinner on the way back
For a stag party, save a real place at the meal with friends. A main outing on Saturday may be enough; booking a second one doesn't guarantee that the groom-to-be will have a better weekend.
At Farmhouse in Saint-Montan, you rent the gîtes and spaces agreed in self-catering. Activities, meals and travel are chosen and booked separately by the group.
Twelve people and three nights in June: departure decisions
For this stay, indicate twelve participants and three nights, with your exact dates. If you choose the whole domain, the same price scale applies for twelve or twenty-five people, on identical dates and duration. The price concerns the six gîtes and full privatization, even if you do not use all the beds. Pascale confirms availability and the amount for the three nights requested.
You can also study a partial rental, at a separate rate, with the accommodation included in the estimate. The swimming pool then remains shared with other guests. A staff of twelve people is therefore not enough to determine the price or the exclusivity: start by choosing the scope of the rental.
The combination Côté Source (6) + Fig trees (4) + House (2) sleeps twelve. It includes double beds and the BZ of Côté Source; it is suitable for a capacity calculation, not for a promise of twelve separate beds. Collect sharing agreements, then check the beds in each accommodation. Another distribution may be necessary if everyone wants to sleep in an occupied bed alone.
The swimming pool opens from mid-May to September depending on the weather. For June, confirm access to your dates and especially its sharing or exclusivity. Accommodation reserved for twelve people is not enough to establish a private swimming pool.
Beds before activity tickets
The six gîtes have exactly 25 beds. There are double beds, single beds and living room beds: this is not an offer of twenty-five individual beds. Ask participants for preferences, then prepare the distribution.
No map of the lodgings is currently available. The sheets and the bedding table allow you to prepare an assignment; have access and sleeping arrangements clarified with Pascale according to the needs of the group.
Several gîtes do not automatically give exclusivity to the domain. The swimming pool is shared in partial rental and reserved for the group in full privatization. It opens from mid-May to September depending on the weather.
Canoe or accompanied activity
South Face presents descents from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, including an announced mini-descent of eight kilometers and two to three hours. Add the briefing and the shuttle to the program. The offer and conditions are to be confirmed for your dates.

Choose according to the participants actually registered. Knowing how to swim or being comfortable at height cannot be assumed. The operator confirms the skills, equipment, duration and weather conditions. The Mas does not sell or organize these outings.
Two nights, one day without racing
If the chosen rental allows two nights, the arrival can remain devoted to accommodation and the first dinner. The next day, head out for your chosen outing, then keep the return trip free before eating together. The last morning is for breakfast, packing up and departure at the agreed time.
From Saint-Montan, allow approximately 35–40 minutes to Vallon. However, ask for the exact address of your appointment; Grospierres and other departures require their own itinerary. Designate drivers and prepare feedback before the evening.
A procedure to be adapted for three nights
Here is an example of organization to discuss, if the rental of three nights is confirmed. It leaves a main day of outing and a more free day; this is not the story of an already received stag party nor a sold package.

The indicative route of 35–40 minutes is the one towards Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, not the one towards the Pont d'Arc, a parking lot or all the departure bases. Check the exact route with the operator. The Saint-Montan and Vallon pillar presents this choice of location; the Mas does not sell shuttles or group transport.
The budget of confirmed participants
Add up the accommodation quote, meals, activity and transportation, then divide the common expenses between paying participants. If you invite the future groom, his share must be included in the calculation from the start. Optional activities can only be paid for by those who register.
The privatization grid concerns the entire domain, without package stag party. The prices are Tax included; electricity, heating and furniture of the estate are included. This inclusion of furniture does not constitute the provision of activity or sound equipment. Optional linen costs 15 € per person per stay, sheets and towels included; do not add it twice if it is already in the quote.
For three nights, request a total amount for the dates selected : do not start from the “weekend” column alone and assume that it covers the requested duration. Clarify the formula, the costs and the application of any additional nights. With the same complete privatization scope, a group of twelve does not benefit from a reduced domain price compared to a group of twenty-five; the distribution of the amount between the participants is your choice. For twelve people taking all the laundry, this option represents 180 € one time for the stay, not 180 € per night.

Add up the common expenses then divide them by the number of payers decided. Keep optional activities and refundable deposit separate. This sheet does not replace the quote amounts and conditions.
The evening at the estate
The kitchens allow you to share the preparation. The brazier and pizza oven, the large tables and José Romera's paella show different ways to plan dinner.
In complete privatization, you choose your music and your DJ. The Mas does not impose an end time for the music or the event. Obligations relating to noise, respect for the neighborhood and the conditions of the contract remain applicable. Visitors who do not sleep on site must leave no later than midnight. The Mas does not provide a DJ or sound system; any dissemination procedures remain to be verified by the organizer.
Indicate dates, nights, confirmed staff, bed needs and interventions planned since the page stag party. Pascale will be able to study the rental adapted to the group.
Practical questions
How to prepare a stag party of twelve people for three nights in June?
Convey exact dates, three nights and bed requirements. To rent the entire area, the same scale applies to twelve or twenty-five people, on identical dates and duration. A partial rental has a separate rate and does not provide a private pool. Pascale confirms availability, the three-night package and the quote.
Does twelve beds mean twelve separate beds?
No. Côté Source (6), the Fig Trees (4) and the Maisonette (2) have a total of twelve beds using in particular double beds and the BZ of Côté Source. This calculation assumes shared beds and does not guarantee availability. For a single bed occupied by a participant, have another distribution checked before booking.
Does the weekend rate allow for three nights?
Do not deduct a three-night rate from the weekend column alone. Prices are inclusive of VAT and include electricity, heating and furniture in the area. The quote confirms the season dates, duration and application of an additional night. A partial rental receives its own costing; Meals and activities must be booked separately.
