Truffles and wines: create a weekend between Ardèche and Drôme
The Hermessaines have already organized a tasting at the Mas with La Truffe française. This meeting links two professions: work in the vineyards and that of the truffle farm. It gives a clue for a family weekend between Saint-Montan and Drôme Provençale.
Accommodation and activities remain separate. You choose the nights at the Mas with Pascale, then agree on the program and the price with each partner.
The season determines the release
To look for black winter truffles, start from the program offered by French Truffle. A visit in summer is not the same activity, and a harvest cannot be promised on every outing. Their page truffle discovery presents the terms and conditions.
The Domaine Les Hermessaines offers discoveries around its vines in Solérieux. A tasting at the Mas and a walk through the plots have different facilities and routes. Choose the format with the domain before fixing the other outputs.

For the Solérieux vines, The Hermessains detail their visits upon quote and confirmed appointment. The reception point and departure from the plots must be specified: a head office address does not replace the meeting place.
One meeting is enough to give rhythm to the weekend
The evening of arrival is already used to settle in the loved ones and to distribute the rooms. Our six gîtes total exactly 25 beds. Keep the meal short to prepare, especially when arrivals are staggered.
The next day can accommodate an outing to the partner's house. Add the route to the duration of the activity and send everyone the confirmed meeting point. If you book a tasting on site at the Mas, agree on the content and installation before your stay.
Relatives who do not drink alcohol must be able to participate in reunions in other ways. An optional activity can allow the group to come together for a meal. Our page family reunion presents the framework of the stay.
At the table, first choose the dish
The pairings proposed by La Truffe française start from the preparation. An egg, butter or sauce changes the use of the truffle and the wine to choose. Send the menu to the partner rather than multiplying unknown recipes for a large group.

Does the Mas offer a package with cellaring and tasting?
No. Nights in self-catering are prepared with the Mas. Activities can be reserved and paid for directly with partners, according to their program and availability.
