In June, July and August, you can also rent several cottages without hiring the whole estate, subject to availability. The pool and communal spaces remain shared with other guests.
For 15 people, both formulas may be suitable depending on availability and the exclusivity desired. Outside of summer, the dates and duration are confirmed with Pascale.

For a retreat or workshop you organise yourself, Côté Jardin offers a covered space with an adjoining kitchen. You arrange your activities and facilitators; the conditions for using the space are discussed with Pascale.

- Rates and inclusions
Rates are tax-inclusive; electricity, heating and the furniture provided on site are included.
For exclusive hire of the whole estate, allow approximately €400 for cleaning. This amount covers the whole estate; ask for the rate for a partial rental.
Tourist tax: €1.30 per adult per day, to add to your stay budget.
Security deposit: €1,000 by cheque, to allow for separately from the stay price.
- Arrival and departure
Arrival is around 15:00 and departure is at 15:00.
The weekend format usually covers 2 nights, or possibly 3 nights when a public holiday is involved, depending on the dates to agree with Pascale.
A visit to the estate is recommended before signing the quote or contract; discuss the arrangements with Pascale.
- October and All Saints holidays
All cottages and the estate’s stay spaces remain open in October and during the French All Saints holiday. Heating is available and included. The pool retains its seasonal opening period, weather permitting.
Stays are possible throughout the year. Contact Pascale for the dates of the pricing seasons and booking conditions.
When booking directly with Le Mas, you do not pay platform fees. The price and conditions of your stay are confirmed with Pascale.

- Each gîte has its own private toilet and shower, with no shared toilet facilities.
- Sheets and towels optional
- €15 per person per stay. Sheets, towels and household linen are optional, for a single cottage or exclusive estate hire.
- Connection and work
- Indoor seating for 20 people to work, tables, power sockets, a projector and a television are available. Wi-Fi is available, with unmeasured speed: check the areas used, simultaneous calls and connections for your programme.

Eat in your cottage or arrange meals in the courtyard or on the estate grounds, under the conditions agreed with Pascale. Accommodation is self-catering: breakfast, meals and entertainment are not included; you organise your meals and book any external caterer separately.
In rainy weather, Côté Jardin offers a covered space with an adjoining kitchen for a meal for up to 30 people. This dining capacity does not change the estate’s 25 sleeping places. Marquees or large canopies may be set up according to your needs; their supply, installation and conditions of use must be arranged separately with Pascale.
Work spaces and equipment to be provided
For a working stay, use your cottage, the poolside in season or the shared Côté Jardin space. Confirm internet and equipment needs before booking. Wi-Fi is available on the estate; a visit with Pascale is possible to check the spaces and your programme’s needs.
