Planning a summer stay for 10 to 15 people?
In June, July and August, you can also rent several cottages without hiring the whole estate, subject to availability. The pool and communal spaces remain shared with other guests.
For 15 people, both formulas may be suitable depending on availability and the exclusivity desired. Outside of summer, the dates and duration are confirmed with Pascale.

- All cottages and the estate’s stay spaces remain open in October and during the French All Saints holiday. Heating is available and included. The pool retains its seasonal opening period, weather permitting.
- Private toilet and shower
- Each gîte has its own private toilet and shower, with no shared toilet facilities.
- Sheets and towels optional
- €15 per person per stay. Sheets and towels optional, when renting a gîte or privatizing it.
- Connection and work
- Wi-Fi in certain areas, without guaranteed coverage in the lodges. Tables, sockets and screening must be confirmed before booking.

Eat in your cottage or arrange meals in the courtyard or on the estate grounds, under the conditions agreed with Pascale.
In rainy weather, Côté Jardin can seat up to 30 people for a meal. This dining capacity does not change the estate’s 25 sleeping places; hosting arrangements must be discussed with Pascale.

For a working stay, use your cottage, the poolside in season or the shared Côté Jardin space. Confirm internet and equipment needs before booking.

For shared meals, you can use your gîte, the courtyard or the grounds according to the terms agreed with Pascale. In case of rain, Côté Jardin can accommodate up to 30 people for a meal. This number is distinct from the 25 sleeping places on the estate.

Is the pool reserved for our group?
Yes, the pool is reserved for your group when you hire the whole estate, during its seasonal opening period and subject to weather. If you rent only some of the cottages, the pool remains shared with other guests.
Can a group of 10 to 15 rent only some cottages in summer?
Yes, partial rental for 10 to 15 people is possible in June, July and August, subject to availability. You rent several cottages without hiring the whole estate, and share the pool and communal spaces with other guests. See the group accommodation page for details.
Can we also hold a wedding or family reunion at the estate?

Yes. The estate is family-friendly, with care around the pool and outdoor areas.

How many nights should we plan?
The minimum stay depends on your dates and plans, especially in June, July and August. Send your preferred dates and length of stay: Pascale confirms the conditions in your quote.
How do we read the rates and request a quote?
The reference table gives low-, mid-, high- and very-high-season rates for exclusive hire of the whole estate. It does not apply to partial cottage rental.
